Apartment for rent - 4057 Basel, Rastatterstrasse 39

From June 2nd, 2025, I am looking for a subtenant for my 2-room apartment in Basel. Ideally for single persons or couples. The apartment is not optimal for shared flats due to the floor plan (you have to go through one of the rooms to get to the kitchen or bathroom).

The apartment is very sunny all day long and has old-building charm.
Migros (also open on Sundays), Coop, Denner and the Stücki Park are within walking distance. The harbor and the Langen Erle are also easily accessible. The tram stop "Inselstrasse/Wiesenplatz" with a direct connection to the city center is 5 minutes from the house.
Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a balcony.
