In our charming 4-person shared apartment at St. Anna-Strasse 38, a room will be available from June 1st. The 160m² large and colorful old building apartment has a breathtaking view of Lake Lucerne and a large garden for shared use. You will live with Daniel (35, school social worker and hobby cook), Loesa (24, radiology specialist and musical fan) and Sabrina (32, professional military and travel enthusiast)
Our 5.5-room apartment is located in the quiet Lützelmatt neighborhood and offers everything your heart desires:

• a large living room where we like to sit together and have a glass of wine or beer
• 2 large bathrooms with WC, shower, and a bathtub
• an additional small bathroom with WC
• own washing machine and dryer in the apartment
• a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
• a nice garden seating area with a grill, ideal for warm summer evenings (the garden is currently undergoing changes).

The available room is 17m² large. The rent is CHF 750 plus approximately CHF 100 additional costs per month.
The bus stop is right next to the house, and you can reach Lucerne train station in 10 minutes. Shopping facilities are accessible by bus in 10 minutes (about 20 minutes on foot) towards Lucerne station or in the other direction on Brüelstrasse. The music academy in Südpol is directly reachable by bus, and all other universities are quickly accessible by public transport.
We are looking for a roommate who appreciates both peace and privacy, as well as being part of our communal shared living experience. Whether it's cooking together, eating, or just chatting – we enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and look forward to someone who appreciates that too.
