In the apartment building of 44 rooms, from the 1st floor up, on both sides of the staircase, there are 3 rooms (for 1 person each) with an anteroom and a shared bathroom + toilet.

The apartments (approx. 19m2) partly have small kitchenettes and all have a balcony.

The minimum rental period is one month. Changing bed linen twice a month is included in the rent, as are all additional costs such as electricity, water, etc. The final cleaning of CHF 150.00 and the deposit of two months' rent must be paid in advance. Deposit insurance is not accepted!
