I am currently looking for a subtenant (female, 36, non-smoker without pets), indefinite, notice period 3 months, after about 6 months we can see if you would like to take over the apartment as a new tenant.

2-room apartment, approx. 60 sqm, balcony, newly renovated bathroom with bathtub, dishwasher, 5th floor with elevator, furnished, kitchen very modern (separate with door) and living room have access to the balcony. Laundry room in the ground floor.

Sunny location, but not too warm in summer. In winter, the heating works very well. No strange smells.

Nice and quiet neighborhood. You can't hear anything from outside, except during Fasnacht.

Bus stop Clarastrasse 2min; Bus stop Messeplatz 4min; Bus stop Wettsteinplatz 6min; Coop Clarastrasse 2min; Denner 3min.

Photos still in unfurnished condition. Furnishing: Bedroom approx. 20 sqm: 6-door wardrobe, bed 140cm, bedside table, chest of drawers. Living room approx. 20 sqm: TV stand, sofa, dining table with 2 dining chairs and 2 chairs. Kitchen: dining table with 3 chairs, large refrigerator.

The rent of CHF 1,670 includes utilities, electricity, Serafe fee as well as a furnishing surcharge of 12.6%. If taken over as a new tenant, the furnishing surcharge would be waived, the management can increase the rent.
