Cellar compartment, bike storage + bike cellar, shared laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and drying room. In 8-10 min to the forest or along the Töss for extensive walks. Within 5 min walking distance: kindergarten, primary school, village shop, and train station (3x hourly in 12 min to Winterthur or towards Bauma/Rüti and hourly direct train to Zurich/Aarau). Parking space can be rented for 110 CHF per month if needed. Self-organized shared living with main tenant is allowed.
