During a longer vacation absence, we are looking for a subtenant for our fully furnished apartment from August 31 to December 21, 2025, or by arrangement. The apartment has 2 large beds and is therefore suitable for either 1-2 people or a couple with a child.

The apartment:

• Living Room: Bright and spacious with sofa and terrace access.
• Office/Guest Room: 2 desks, a bed (140x200 cm), and wardrobe & chest of drawers.
• Bedroom: Comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and large wardrobe/chest of drawers.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
• Bathroom: Bathroom with shower and toilet.
• Laundry Room: Washing machine and dryer for shared use in the basement.
• Terrace: Located southwest, sun from noon to evening. Seating and table available. The terrace can generally also be used by the other tenants of the property, but this is rarely the case.
• Building: Quiet residential building with friendly, pleasant neighborhood.

Location: Central location with shopping options (Coop, Aldi), restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The train station is reachable in 4 minutes by tram/bus and in 10 minutes on foot.

Our cat "Maly" will be taken care of by our parents during the sublease, unless you would enjoy taking care of Maly during the sublease period.

Availability & Conditions:

• 1,900.- /month including utilities, electricity & water, and TV & Wi-Fi.
• Rental period: August 31 to December 21, 2025, or shorter period by arrangement.
• Furnished sublease.
• Security deposit in the amount of one month's rent.
