I am looking for a new tenant to take over my studio flat in Bern.

This is a studio apartment located 10 - 15 min walk from the train station, and 3 - 5 min walk from several bus and tram lines. It is also a 15 min walk from Marzilli swimming pool area and Aare.

The room is equipped with a kitchen, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, bathroom with bath tube and a comfortable balcony. The walls are well insulated so the flat is warm all year round.

The laundry is located in the basement, close to the storage area. There is parking available as well as a place to safely lock the bikes inside the building.

The flat is currently furnished and I am looking to sell some of my furniture.
