I am looking for a subtenant during the period between July 9, 2025 - August 12, 2025. I am looking for a tidy person who is considerate and maintains a nice living environment. The apartment is about 8 minutes on foot from Inselspital and in 6 minutes you can reach Bern train station by bike. The private washing machine/tumbler and the beautiful view south towards Gurten give the apartment the perfect touch. The neighborhood is pleasantly quiet. Depending on the duration, the rent can also be negotiated.
