My girlfriend and I will be moving to Ticino for 9 months. Therefore, we are looking for a subtenant for our apartment. The apartment is fully equipped. Bathroom with shower and bathtub, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, and ceramic glass cooktop, light-flooded living room. Bedroom with large built-in wardrobe. Washing machine and dryer for shared use in the basement. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, without an elevator.

Parking:
-Can be rented for CHF 40.- per month

The train station is a 10-minute walk away and there is a direct connection to Zurich HB without transfers. Coop is 5 minutes away, Migros, Denner in 7 minutes, and Aldi in 10 minutes on foot. There are numerous beautiful walking paths in nature nearby, just across the street and you are already in a small forest. In 5 minutes you can reach the highway by car.

The neighborhood is very quiet and super friendly.
