My girlfriend and I will be moving to Ticino for 9 months, or longer. Therefore, we are looking for a subtenant for our apartment. The apartment is fully equipped. Bathroom with shower and bathtub, kitchen with dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, bright living room. Bedroom with large built-in wardrobe. Shared washing machine and dryer in the basement. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator.

Electricity is billed separately and added according to consumption.

Parking:
-Can be rented for CHF 40.- per month

The train station is a 10-minute walk away and there is a direct connection without changing trains to Zurich HB. Coop is 5 minutes away, Migros, Denner in 7 minutes and Aldi in 10 minutes walking distance. In the surrounding area there are numerous beautiful walks in nature, once across the street and you are already in a small wood. In 5 minutes you are on the highway by car.

The neighborhood is very quiet and super friendly.
