Kitchen/shower/bath and cellar/laundry room, as well as a sunny garden seating area for shared use. The kitchen and bathrooms have recently been freshly renovated.

Location:
Wiler near Utzenstorf is close to Bern, Solothurn, or Burgdorf. The farmhouse is on the edge of the village, in the middle of the recreational area of the Emme. The vast, open landscape is ideal for undisturbed activities such as hiking, biking, or relaxing by the nearby river.
A small swimming pool is reachable on foot in 2 minutes, the train station in about 10 minutes. Solothurn and Burgdorf can also be reached by train within 10 minutes.

Are you looking for a room for the weekdays because you work nearby and want to shorten your commute? Then this could be just right for you! A quiet room; the opportunity to relax in nature in the evening and then be at the train station or on the A1 in no time. We rent a room with family connection, but we are not a shared flat. Temporary rental agreements are also conceivable.
