I am subletting my studio from end of July to mid-August (exact dates by agreement). The rent is negotiable, and will depend on your particular dates, and if you are likely to care for my plants. The price is for one month, for shorter stay, the price is modulated by the duration (e.g. for three weeks that will be ~1400chf)
Location:
The studio is in the populated area, close to the Oerlikon train station. It is very well connected (2 minutes walk to Oerlikon train station and 5 minutes to line 10, 11 and 14). It takes 10 minutes to go to Zürich HB or to the Airport. It is also very close to many grocery stores including Coop, Migros, Lidl, and Aldi (all less than 5 minutes walk), and multiple gyms. Being on the city side of Oerlikon, which is the most charming side, with weekly street market on Wednesday and Saturday, you will be at the heart of Oerlikon, where people like to meet up, close to all the shoppings, bars and restaurants.
Studio:
Although it doesn't have a separate bedroom, the studio is rather big (37 sqm + 2 balconies). It is a north-south crossing appartement, so it is very bright the entire day. You will have amazing dawn from the south-southeast balcony, and beautiful sunsets from the north-northwest balcony. The apartment was renovated in 2021 with a modern look and stone floor (that looks like wood). The building has great isolation and we don't hear the neighbors or the trains at all when the windows are closed, and personally I can sleep with the window opened although being right next to the train station.
