We have to leave our current apartment by June and wanted to move into this very well-maintained apartment in the beloved garden city district. However, in the meantime we were able to unexpectedly buy a house in the district, so we will not move in and have arranged with the Graffenried administration that it will soon be advertised on flatfox. However, this may still take a few days.

The apartment is well suited for families (we have 2 children, Buchsi primary school) or shared apartments for up to 3 people like the previous tenants (then you still have a living room). The whole house looks very well-maintained, the room layout is practical. It is quiet, as it is in the third row from the street.
