We are looking for a new tenant for this beautiful garden apartment in the heart of Glarus.
The apartment has a spacious living and dining area with direct access to the private garden, a larger bedroom, and a shower/WC with a washing machine and dryer from the brand V-Zug. The kitchenette is spacious and practical: There is a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, and a dishwasher (all appliances from V-Zug). A pantry cupboard provides space for supplies. A highlight: the white, old tiled stove. Unfortunately, it cannot be used. It is a beautiful property nonetheless!
In the hallway, large built-in wardrobes offer plenty of storage space. The apartment is south-facing and offers plenty of light and sun.
A cellar as well as a parking space are included with the apartment and are included in the rent.
Although the apartment is located in the middle of Glarus, it is very quiet.
The apartment can be taken over immediately. Immosupport by Fritz + Caspar Jenny AG is responsible for the final rental.
