The kitchen and living room are open and it has a fireplace, which creates a cozy atmosphere on cold days. There are some plants that should be cared for as well as possible during this time, but they can also be accommodated elsewhere if necessary. There is also a small storage room for cleaning supplies and disposal bags. On the other side of the street, there is direct access to the Reuss, perfect for a cool down when it gets really warm again in autumn. The e-bike can also be used during this time.
Since the apartment is to be sublet from the beginning of September, it would be perfect for people who are studying here for a semester.
