I am leaving this apartment reluctantly...

It is a beautiful, bright 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor, without a lift.
The hallway is wide, furniture can be easily transported.
A hallway connects the 3 rooms as well as the kitchen and the bathroom.
2 rooms are large and the third room is smaller and suitable as an office / children's room / guest room.
It has a balcony, a large attic compartment (easily accessible), directly above the apartment and a cellar compartment.
The cellar compartment has a power outlet (possibly for a freezer).
The bathroom has a bathtub.
For 30.- CHF a parking space in front of the entrance can be rented (not mandatory).
The other housemates maintain a friendly relationship.
The apartment building and the area are well-maintained.
Shopping facilities, train station, bus stop, kindergarten, schools etc. are in the immediate vicinity.
