As I'm moving to Spain for a film project at the end of the year, I'm looking for a reliable person to take over my beautifully located apartment – and who wants to live with me in a relaxed shared flat atmosphere until then.

About me:
I'm Leon, I'm busy with two jobs, so I'm rarely at home. When I have time, I like to relax with Netflix/Prime/Gaia, go to the gym or explore the beautiful mountains of Trübbach right on my doorstep. I'm interested in cryptocurrencies and I love to dance passionately – every now and then you can find me breakdancing at a dance school in Austria.

About the apartment:
✨ Spacious 3.5-room apartment in a great location
🛏️ Two free rooms – a large master bedroom & a smaller room (currently a storage room)
🧺 Own washing machine & dryer in the basement (washing day: Monday)
🌿 Nature right on the doorstep – perfect for hiking & relaxing

I've lived here for 15 months (12 months of that with my ex-girlfriend) and before that I lived in Ibiza and Valencia – so a bit of a Spain feeling included!
