I am a non-smoker and am looking for a person who is also a non-smoker and maintains a respectful relationship with the apartment. The decor is very personal, with souvenirs from my travels, carefully selected details, and a variety of plants that give the apartment a special atmosphere.

• The apartment is suitable for a maximum of two people.
