I am looking for a new tenant for a modern 1-room studio near Albisrieden. The studio is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Zurich. Migros, Denner, and Coop are within walking distance, as are bus line 80 and tram line 3, which are very close by. The studio includes a balcony and a private cellar compartment. An underground parking space can be rented additionally if needed. The kitchen and bathroom are for exclusive use and are not shared.
