I am looking for a new tenant for a modern 1-room apartment near Albisrieden. The apartment is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Zurich. Migros, Denner, and Coop are all within walking distance, and public transport is easily accessible with bus line 80 and tram line 3 nearby.
The apartment features a balcony and a private basement storage unit. An underground parking space can be rented additionally if needed. The kitchen and bathroom are for exclusive use and are not shared.
