Hello everyone! With a heavy heart, we're looking for new tenants for our apartment in Münchenbuchsee, as we're moving due to work and studies.

Available starting in August – or possibly from mid-July upon arrangement.

The flat has 3 spacious rooms plus a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony – about 75 m² in total. It also includes a cellar and attic space.

The rent is 1060 CHF + 230 CHF for utilities. A parking spot is available for an extra 50 CHF per month.

The building is scheduled for renovation in the future (exact date still unknown), so you're free to repaint or renovate as you wish. (We've already replaced several floors.)

Pets are allowed! 🐾

The Münchenbuchsee Coop bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, and the train station is about 10 minutes on foot. You can reach Bern in 15 minutes by car via Kirchlindach.
