The house was renovated to a high standard a few years ago and is located on a quiet neighborhood street. In just a few steps, you can reach the tram stop Hedwigsteig and from there, in a few minutes, you will be at Stadelhofen train station. The main rooms (living/dining) are oriented to the south, making the apartment very bright. From the beautiful balcony, you do not look at the next house wall, but enjoy a calming view.
