In our community housing project, we are renting a bright beautiful 1.5-room apartment on the 1st floor with a window front facing south and west (photos 2 and 3). Old building with visible beams, parquet floor, underfloor heating. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Studio kitchen with 2 hot plates and refrigerator. Move-in immediately or by arrangement. The rent is CHF 800 plus 260 for all utilities (common areas, electricity, waste, heating, water, parking, Wi-Fi, TV in the Stübli; excluding Serafe).

We are looking for a person with self-responsibility and initiative and a fundamental interest in social interactions with others in the house - depending on mood :--)

We are: We are a large house, a "community housing project", of about 12 people aged between 6 and 69 years, average age about 40, and a dog and a cat (therefore please no people with dogs and cats). A colorful mix of people, from eco to less eco, from vegetarian to meat-eater, from yogi to clumsy, from alcoholic to abstinent. Everyone enjoys sitting by the fire, whether indoors or outdoors :--)

The house is located in the village of Rütschelen next to Langenthal without through traffic and with a lot of quality of life. We enliven and maintain this large house with many cozy common rooms (photos 4 and 5): large (former gastro) dining kitchen, living room with wood stove, Stübli with musical instruments and large TV, sandstone grotto with billiard table, bright workshop, winter garden, cellar, large fire bowl, boules court, permaculture garden with well from our own source, PV system, Töggeli box, etc. We try to live ecologically conscious and we have the peace flag in front of the house :--) Community life is relaxed and spontaneous. We hold a cultural event about once a month and occasionally a course (e.g. yoga). We maintain the house together. Own projects and help are very welcome.
