Furnished house temporarily for rent. A summer at the Aare is offered here. I am renting my furnished house in Felsenau for 3 months, from 1.7 – 30.9. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a WC, as well as the living and dining room. On the first floor there is an office, a bedroom, as well as the bathroom with shower and bathtub. In the converted attic there is a large room with another bed. The expansion is rather simple, but very cozy. The house has a garden with a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the summer, overlooking the Aare. To swim, just walk down the stairs, and you can jump into the Aare. The lawn must be mowed regularly (once a month), and the 5 plants on the terrace need to be watered. If you are interested, just get in touch. The rent is 2000.-, additional costs including deposit is one month's rent, and you would need liability insurance.
