Apartment for rent - 3013 Bern

From June 29, 2025, or by arrangement, I am renting my apartment for two months with an option to extend and subsequently take over the apartment. The rent is 1150 CHF. You can rent a garage parking space for an additional 150 CHF.

The apartment is modern, cozy, and bright and is located near the Rosengarten in Bern. The bus stop can be reached in 4 minutes, and you can be at the train station in Bern in less than 10 minutes. A Coop is a 5-minute walk away.

The kitchen is located in the entrance area and is open to the living area. There is a dishwasher and plenty of integrated storage space. The apartment includes a large balcony and a small room that can serve as a storage room. A cellar compartment is included in the rent. There is a laundry room for shared use. The apartment is located on a little-trafficked street, and the windows are very well insulated.

The apartment is rented furnished. Please only contact me if you are interested in taking over the apartment including the furniture. The furniture to be taken over includes the 180x200 bed, the white wardrobe, the table, the chairs, and the shelves in the storage room. For this, I would like to have 490 CHF (price negotiable).
