Apartment for rent - 3007 Bern

I am looking for a new tenant for a beautiful 3.5 room apartment near Eigerplatz (Coop, Migros, Da Nino, Gelateria di Berna around the corner) starting from 01.09.2025 or by arrangement. My life circumstances are changing, so I unfortunately have to give up the apartment. The bathroom is freshly renovated and modern. It has two balconies (morning and evening sun) and deep windows that let in a lot of light. The apartment is perfect for one or two people, whether as a shared flat or a couple.
The landlord is important that the new tenants are non-smokers, have no small children, and no pets.
