During our vacation, we are renting out our lovingly furnished home in the popular Egelmoos neighborhood in Bern - ideal for couples, families, or professionals who appreciate comfort and a stylish living environment.

Our 4.5-room apartment extends over three floors in a charming row house - fully furnished, ready for daily living or a relaxing break:
Ground floor:

• Open, bright living and dining area with modern, fully equipped kitchen, large seating or lounging area (incl. TV)
• Access to private protected garden with table, seating area, grill, electric sunshade, deck chairs, etc. - a green oasis to linger and enjoy (No direct street boundary, lots of peace)

1st floor:

• Large bedroom with 1.80 m bed
• Children's room with 200 × 100 cm bed (Can also be used by adults due to size)
• Bathroom with bathtub and toilet

2nd floor (converted attic):

• Guest room with 1.40 m bed
• Spacious workspace with sit/stand desk, docking station & two monitors - ideal for home office
• Private bathroom with shower and toilet

Basement:

• Own laundry room
• Hobby room with home trainer, yoga mats, and barbell set

The apartment is located in a popular residential area of Bern (3006 Egelmoos), just a few steps from the idyllic Egelsee - perfect for walks or an aperitif at the nearby Riva Bar.
Coop and Migros (Freudenberg) are just a 3-minute walk away. The location on a quiet play street guarantees relaxation and safety - especially for families with children.

🐾 A special roommate:
If you don't mind, we would like to leave our old house lady Coco, the good-natured and not very active three-legged cat, with you during our absence. She is a calm, pleasant companion and is considered the good soul of the house.
