I am looking for a new tenant for my quiet and bright 3-room apartment near the Paul Klee Center starting from August 15. The apartment consists of three spacious, bright rooms with a balcony and a cellar compartment. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement, as well as parking spaces for bicycles. Shopping facilities as well as bus and tram stops are within a few minutes' walk (Ostring/ Bitziusstrasse). Quiet and green location. The apartment is located on the second floor (without elevator). Cats are allowed, but unfortunately dogs are not. No shared flats. Most of the furniture in the pictures is for sale.
