The apartment is located in a sunny, quiet, and central location. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach a playground, a daycare, a post office with shopping facilities, and a hospital. The Coop supermarket is a 14-minute walk away. Immediately south of the apartment, there is a forest and the Aare river. The city of Bern can be reached by public transport in a few minutes. A train station (Bern Tiefenau) is in the immediate vicinity. The building does not have an elevator.
The apartment includes a balcony, a cellar compartment, and an attic compartment. A parking space directly in front of the apartment is available for 45 CHF/month.
