We are going on a trip and would like to rent out our apartment between October 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 - ideally for the whole three months, but other solutions are also conceivable. The apartment is located 3 minutes' walk from Chur train station, but in a quiet residential area and has a shared garden. Old building with lots of wood and charm. Three more parties live in the house. Various shops etc. are very easily accessible on foot, by bike or by public transport. - 1 bedroom with double bed (12m2) - 1 bedroom with single bed and office (19.5m2) - 1 office with standing desk and chest of drawers (11.2m2) - 1 living room with sofa bed (for 2 people; 21.5m2) - Kitchen with dishwasher and usual equipment; dining area - Bathroom with bathtub and toilet - Washing machine and dryer in the basement - Basement compartment (if needed), bicycle shed, parking space could be rented additionally - own balcony and shared garden (great, uncomplicated neighbours!) We would be happy if someone would also like to take care of the plants during the three months. :-)
