- Copy of home insurance policy

Priority will be given to files that include the installation for the washing machine in the shower room without having to reinstall the shower box. You can always reinstall it later, it is in the cellar.

Additional information: To qualify for the lease, the combined salary of the tenants must be at least 3 times the amount of the net rent. A deposit equivalent to 3 months of gross rent will be required. This should be discussed directly with the owner in case of acceptance of your file.
