In the old brewery in Flims Waldhaus, we are looking for our successors in this large and beautiful 5.5 room apartment. A truly unique apartment for families in Flims.
The old brewery was lovingly converted into a residential building with 5 apartments in 2021.
The garden apartment has four bedrooms, a large kitchen/living/dining area, a WC at the entrance, a bathroom/WC, and a shower/WC. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own seating area and an outdoor area in front of each bedroom.
A double outdoor parking space directly at the apartment (CHF 100) can be rented. Alternatively, a single outdoor parking space (CHF 70) is also available.
A garage space in the development across the street (CHF 160) can also (should) be rented.
The old brewery is located very quietly on the edge of the Hochwald forest in Flims. The Caumasee can be quickly reached by bike.
Despite the quiet location, the central post square with connections to the bus network and shopping opportunities and restaurants/cafés is practically next door. Even in the off-season, the post square is lively. Nevertheless, you remain away from the tourist crowds.
The old brewery has a solar system and a heat pump heating. The electricity is billed through the landlord.
The rent corresponds to the current reference interest rate of 1.5% and is adjusted for inflation.
Only interested parties with primary residence can be considered. A holiday apartment is not possible. This is an ideal family apartment: large, sunny with plenty of space to run around. There are already 3 families living in the brewery. However, we do not want a shared apartment anymore.
