We rent from August 15, 2025 in a three-family house a large 4.5-room apartment on the ground floor in a prime location in Schwäbis in Steffisburg with a cozy fireplace and three seating areas in the outdoor area. A garage (with electric door) and a forecourt for a second car can be rented directly at the house (external) (add. CHF 150.-).

You reach the apartment on the ground floor via the large covered house entrance (see last photo). The three seating areas (two of them partially covered and with a large electric sunshade) invite you to linger with a view of the greenery and the Stockhorn. The apartment was renovated in 2018: new windows (partially), new parquet floors or in the living room sanded and re-oiled; ceramics or linoleum in the two bathrooms (both with shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror cabinet), kitchen with light new vinyl - very easy to clean.

To the right you reach the living-dining area with a beautiful fireplace with retractable glass lift door, warming bench and air circulation for cozy winter evenings in front of the fire with a pleasant warmth. The motorway access Thun Nord is 2 minutes away.

For bicycles, there is a covered bicycle storage area for two residential units (see last photo). No further storage options.
