A garage (with electric door) and a forecourt for a second car can be rented directly at the house (external) (add. CHF 150.-).
You reach the apartment on the ground floor via the large covered house entrance (see last photo). The three seating areas (two of them partially covered and with a large electric sunshade) invite you to linger with a view of the greenery and the Stockhorn. The apartment was renovated in 2018: new windows (partially), new parquet floors or in the living room sanded and re-oiled; ceramics or linoleum in the two bathrooms (both with shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror cabinet), kitchen with light new vinyl - very easy to clean.
To the right you reach the living-dining area with a beautiful fireplace with retractable glass lift door, warming bench and air circulation for cozy winter evenings in front of the fire with a pleasant warmth. Also very suitable for the transitional period. Direct door to the seating areas. In the dining area large corner bench (with storage space). Closed kitchen (sliding door to the dining area) with dishwasher, glass ceramic hob, closable pass-through to the dining room. Next to the bathroom and opposite the bedroom (14m2, photos 12-14).
Through the entrance hall you reach a open area in front of a large window front (15-19) and with further access to the seating areas, as well as to the two large rooms (17.5m2 each, 20/21 or 22/23) and a second bathroom.
The apartment has several built-in wardrobes. A lockable cellar (2.4x4m with concrete floor and built-in wardrobe) is also included. Additional space for your own freezer in the basement.
Washing machine and dryer room for all three residential units. All apartments are heated with an efficient gas heating system. The additional costs are billed on account.
Internet, TV: cable connection via 3-hole coaxial sockets from sunrise (formerly cablecom) and DSL telephone connection from swisscom. The house is equipped with fiber optics, the line can be installed in the apartment free of charge on request and with a corresponding subscription.
Location: Thanks to the very central location, you can quickly and without inclines reach your destination on foot, by bike or by bus: Migrolino and gas station 50m, Denner etc. 150m. By bus (bus stop STI No. 3, Sonnenfeld stop, 150m) you can go directly to the city center (3 min, with Coop and Migros) or to Thun train station (8 min). The S-Bahn station Schwäbis (S 42) is a 7-minute walk away. The Aare with the idyllic Schwäbisbad can also be reached on foot in 7 minutes, the city center in 10 minutes. The motorway access Thun Nord is 2 minutes away.
For bicycles, there is a covered bicycle storage area for two residential units (see last photo). No further storage options.
Restrictions: Apartment for non-smokers, no pets. No subletting via Airbnb or similar platforms.
