Shopping options like Aldi or Coop are just around the corner, as well as a gelateria and a bakery.

The apartment is furnished as shown in the pictures (with bed, adjustable standing desk, living room table with 4 chairs, balcony table, dresser, and built-in wardrobes). It is approximately 30m^2 in size, and the living/sleeping area is very bright due to the large windows. The modern kitchen is separate from the room and equipped with everything you need. From the balcony, you look out onto the idyllic, green garden. The bathroom was recently renovated, so it is very modern despite being in an old building.
The neighbors are all very nice and considerate, creating a very pleasant atmosphere in the house.
