It is located a few meters northeast of the historic old town of the beautiful wine-growing town of Maienfeld. You can reach the post bus stop in three minutes on foot and the train station in eight minutes. On the ground floor, there is a wine shop, on the first floor a three-room apartment, on the second floor the apartment for rent, and in the attic the holiday and weekend apartment of the friendly landlord family.

The view in all directions is very beautiful. The special feature of the apartment is the mix of old and new. A small balcony is available. A parking space could be rented for 90 francs per month.
