A 2.5 room apartment (57m²) in the attic is becoming available in the Kohliberg project in Dornach, a housing cooperative project by Sophie Stinde. The house is built using ecological methods; it has a rainwater harvesting system, an air-water heat pump, and a small PV system. Residents have a large communal room at their disposal, and the garden is used communally. The community that has formed there manages itself through a homeowners' association. A large part of the tasks are carried out by the residents themselves. A prerequisite for renting the apartment is the joy, interest, and willingness to actively participate in the communal living arrangement and commitment to self-management tasks. Start of rent: August 1st or by arrangement
