The following amenities are expected in the apartment: barrier-free wet rooms with slip-resistant floor tiles, practical, easy-to-use kitchens with high-quality fittings (baking trolley), video intercom system, electric blinds, and other amenities. Warm color concept with bright lighting. The apartments have a comfort ventilation system. Electronic locking system up to the apartments. Electronic entrance doors allow for an obstacle-free path to your apartment door.

A garage parking space can be rented for CHF 120.- per month.

In addition to the rent, a service fee of CHF 240.- is charged per month (included in the advertised gross rent). This service fee is an integral part of the rental agreement and serves to ensure the following services:
