At Hofackerstrasse 3 in 8032 Zurich, we are renting a beautiful and spacious apartment starting June 1, 2025. The property is located on the 4th floor of a newly built multi-family house from 2023.
The rental property will be characterized by the following features:
- The apartment has a large terrace area
- Well thought-out floor plan
- Spacious rooms
- A parking space can be rented for CHF 250.00 if needed
The communal laundry room with dryer is located in the basement.
For renting the apartment, some criteria must be observed:
- The apartment is rented to persons who have reached at least the age of 60. This requirement must be met by at least one person in each household.
- The apartment is intended for persons who can prove that they are dependent on affordable rents.
- The specified net rent must be at least 20% and a maximum of 30% of all income of a household according to the last available assessment notice from the responsible tax office.
- Interested parties must disclose all available assets of the household. Assets exceeding the exemption amount of CHF 250,000 will be converted into income at the minimum interest rate for mandatory pension savings (6.8%).
- The minimum occupancy for the apartments is as follows:
3.5-room apartments at least 2 persons maximum 4 persons
