Hello dear ones,

We are giving our beloved apartment in the city into good hands for a few weeks while we are traveling – maybe just right for you?

About the apartment:

Period: limited from October 1st to approx. mid-December

Location: super central, but pleasantly quiet due to courtyard location (traffic hardly audible)

Light: the apartment is very bright, with sun all day – ideal for working, relaxing, or just enjoying autumn to the fullest (morning sun in the kitchen and evening sun in the living area)

Balconies: two balconies invite you to drink coffee or sunbathe

Kitchen: with dishwasher – makes life easier

Rooms: The apartment consists of several rooms, one room (dining room) will be locked, as we store personal items there. Depending on the situation, we could also make it accessible after consultation

Note: Renovation work is to take place on the floor above us and on the facade – as of now, it is unclear when exactly this will be carried out. We will be able to provide more information at a later date (and possibly discuss the rent again)!

Important: our plants need some care during our absence – a green thumb or at least a watering can is therefore an advantage :)
