Each apartment comes with a cellar compartment, a balcony or a garden seating area, and the penthouses have a gallery as well as an attic.
Pets are allowed conditionally depending on type, apartment, and agreement!
The parking spaces are not included with the apartment.
Renting two parking spaces at Fr. 120.00 each + additional costs is possible.
Construction
The buildings are constructed in solid construction. The gable roof is covered with tiles. The facade is executed with a wooden facade from the upper floor and with a light plaster in the lower area.
The basement and ground floor as well as all apartments can be reached via lift or stairs.
The heating (underfloor heating) is operated by a pellet heating system.
The 4 ½- and 5 ½-room apartments have two wet rooms, one with a toilet/bathtub with a window and one with a toilet/shower with glass wall/tumbler/washing machine with ventilation. The 2 ½- and 3 ½-room apartments have a wet cell with a special shower-bathtub with a side entry door, washing machine, and tumbler.
From 4 ½- depending on the apartment size, the kitchens have an open part (cooking island) with large cabinets and drawers that offer plenty of storage space. All kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher and oven, granite countertop, and extractor hood (partly hanging).
Standard flooring: In the common areas including bathroom walls and kitchen shield, easy-care ceramic tiles are laid. In the rooms, a robust oak parquet is laid.
In Wengi, there are only telephone connections but no TV antenna connections. Therefore, a TV subscription can only be concluded through a telephone provider.

The school from the 1st grade is in the Wengi schoolhouse.
