Our service includes the following: all utilities, WLAN Internet, TV, monthly intermediate cleaning (stays longer than 45 days), bed linen as well as hand and bath towels. The final cleaning for stays longer than 30 days is CHF 200.00 and we require a rental deposit of CHF 2000.00 for monthly stays.
