Langendorf is located only 2.26 km (as the crow flies) northwest of Solothurn. The municipality is one of the smallest in the canton and borders Solothurn and Bellach. Langendorf offers a good
infrastructure with schools and various shopping options as well as good connections to public
and individual transport.
The properties on Bellacherstrasse and Hülserhofstrasse are located along the main road that connects Langendorf with Bellach and are almost at the border with Bellach. The location is well connected to the public transport network and the bus stop of line 2 "Zielweg Bellach", which connects Bellach, Langendorf, and Solothurn, is reachable in 3 minutes on foot.
The nearest shopping options are available with an Aldi branch 320 m away. Kindergarten and school can be easily reached via neighborhood streets in 6 and 8 minutes respectively. There are recreational and leisure areas around the
location with hiking and cycling paths as well as proximity to Solothurn with various leisure activities.
