From August 1, 2025, or by arrangement, we are renting a beautiful 3.5-room attic apartment with a gallery in a newly built former farmhouse in the village center of Kerzers.

A parking space in the garage for CHF 100.- per month or/and an outdoor parking space for CHF 50.- per month can be rented additionally.
The property is still in the raw construction phase. There are only visualizations for the kitchen.
