We are renting a 4-room apartment on the 2nd floor starting from 01.07.2025 or by arrangement.

Here’s what to expect:

• Living room and three separate rooms
• Bathroom/WC with daylight and bathtub
• Entrance area with built-in wardrobes
• Balcony with a view of greenery
• Shared laundry room for use
• Pets are not allowed
• Before re-renting, the apartment will receive a new coat of paint

Please note the following information, as it contains important details about the property and the rental.

The property is an older, renovation-required property. In the medium term (expected in about 5-6 years), a comprehensive renovation or demolition with a new construction project cannot be ruled out. However, a final decision on future use has not yet been made.

The following guidelines of the cooperative must be met:

• Residence or workplace for 2 years in the municipality of Meilen or relationship to the municipality of Meilen
• The apartment is only rented to families/parents with children, for at least three people
• Maximum taxable income of all persons living in the household CHF 67,400.-
• The total taxable assets in the joint household (parents, life/roommate, children, family members) must not exceed CHF 250,000.- (cantonal/municipal taxes)

The viewing will take place on Monday, June 23, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The apartment is accessible via the stairs and is located on the 2nd floor on the right. The door is open.
