Renting a cooperative apartment requires membership in the cooperative and the purchase of shares. For a 4-room apartment, this share amounts to CHF 5,000.
One room in the apartment is a so-called "locked room", which is only accessible through an adjacent room and cannot be entered directly from the hallway or entrance.
The apartment offers a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
Keeping dogs is not permitted in our cooperative. Cats are allowed, but only as indoor cats.
