- Swiss citizen, holder of a C permit or a European B permit.
- Taxable in Geneva, without tax exemptions for work.
- No excessive wealth (more than 25 times the annual rent).
- Able to pay the social contribution of CHF 10'000.-.

Located in the heart of the Eaux-Vives district, this shared apartment for three people is in a new building managed by an HLM cooperative. The six-room apartment offers a pleasant and modern living environment.
- Private room: approx. 14 m², equipped with built-in wardrobes, a wall cupboard and a private bathroom with sink (separate WC).
- Monthly rent: CHF 815.- (maximum annual income: CHF 51'914.-).

2. Recent extract (less than 3 months old) from the debt enforcement register.
3. Confirmation of health insurance for 2025 or sworn statement that you have not received one.
4. The last three payslips.
5. Salary certificate 2024.
6. Last tax assessment (2023) for cantonal and communal taxes. (and not your tax return)
7. Bank confirmation stating the capital and interest for all your accounts as of 31.12.2024.
