This important historic building, inhabited, used and owned by the well-known family/company "AUDEMARS", maintains this significant and relevant name.
The building where this studio is located is a cultural asset of the city of Lugano, a classified building built in 1948 by the "father" of Ticino modern architecture, Rino Tami. Like the Lugano Library and also the San Gottardo Portal, it was built by Rino Tami.
This space can be used as a hobby space or even as a studio.
The space has been carefully renovated down to the smallest detail. The quality of the execution has been highlighted, respecting and preserving a large part of the original construction. The lighting in the common areas is in line with history.
