From June 1st, an unfurnished room (approx. 10 m2) will be available in Neuchâtel. The room is in an apartment shared with two female students (22 years old) and a PhD student (30 years old).
The apartment is located on Rue des Sablons, in a very convenient and central area. It is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the city center, 15 minutes from the University of Law, Economics and Humanities, and 25 minutes from the University of Natural Sciences. There is also a Denner in the same street.
The apartment consists of 4 rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The monthly rent is 410 CHF, excluding electricity (approx. 15 CHF per month) and optional WiFi for 8.75 CHF per month.
