Short description
On the site of the former chalet factory, the new construction project SEEPARK Beckenried is being developed.
The two 5-story residential buildings have the addresses Buochserstrasse 26 (House Village) and 28 (House Lake). The House Lake is directly adjacent to Lake Lucerne and offers, in addition to the already sold 18 STWE apartments, also 9 rental apartments (middle part House Lake).
In House Village, there are 6 commercial spaces and another 21 rental apartments. Some of these also have a wonderful lake view.
