Open to everything except ground floor and attic apartments (if the latter is sufficiently insulated and the installation of cupboards is not made difficult by the roof pitch/sloping walls, this might still be considered).
Musts: Balcony/terrace, 1-2 parking spaces or garages, dishwasher, extractor hood, storage room or cellar compartment, lift.
Nice to have: Washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment.
Non-plus-ultra: Fireplace or wood-burning stove.
